Thermuff & Gillfrill

Thermuff & Gillfrill

Designation: the FURRY TROUT cillimorphs

Group: FISHY

Native Biomes: PLANET BRRR & PLANET SPLISHY

Size: SMALL

Interesting Facts: Thermuff’s stripe and tail bulb measure temperature, so it can double check to make sure it’s as cold as it feels, which doesn’t seem helpful. Gillfrill’s fluffy gills trap warm air and leave bubble trails.

Reeple & Tictuttle

Reeple & Tictuttle

Designation: the GRIM REAPER & DEATHWATCH BEETLE cillimorphs

Group: SEGMENTED

Native Biomes: PLANET URBANIAK

Size: SMALL

Interesting Facts: Reeple has six legs, but it usually stands on the tips of its wing case, looking like a menacing little creeper. It crawls inside walls, staring through any holes. Tictuttle is much less subtle, using the clock pattern on its wing case and its rotating hand-shaped antennae to warn you that you’re running out of time. Time for what? They never say… because cillimorphs can’t talk.

Quicsip, Letter flow, & Waddlepond

Quicsip, Letterflow, & Waddlepond

Designation: the HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER, FOUNTAIN, and BIRDBATH cillimorphs

Group: GROWER

Native Biomes: PLANET WOODZY & PLANET URBANIAK

Size: SMALL & MEDIUM

Interesting Facts: Quicsip hangs in trees, generating a sweet fluid that birdish cillimorphs like to sip at. If it matures on planet Urbaniak it becomes a Letterflow, which enjoys being the center of attention, wandering away whenever people get annoyed at the sticky residue it leaves everywhere.

If Quicsip matures on planet Woodzy it becomes Waddlepond, which prefers more serene surroundings and only leaves if you bother it.

Sandime & Sandolla

Sandime&Sandolla

Sandime & Sandolla

Designation: the COIN & SAND DOLLAR cillimorphs

Group: SPINELESS

Native Biomes: PLANET SPLISHY & PLANET URBANIAK

Size: SMALL & MEDIUM

Interesting Facts: Sandime buries itself in the sand, but leaves its metallic eye exposed so it can stare into the sun, you know, for fun. If you go barefoot on the beach and step on one you’ll burn your feet, and worse, they won’t apologize. They also like to replace manhole covers; nobody knows what happens to the originals.

Sandolla is more lighthearted; it likes being used as a surfboard and being held like a giant novelty check.

Pinberg & Mastodontist

Pinberg & Mastodontist

Designation: the ODOBENOCETOPS & ELEPHANT SEAL cillimorphs

Group: MAMMALISH

Native Biomes: PLANET BRRR & PLANET SPLISHY

Size: MEDIUM

Interesting Facts: Pinberg augments its bigger tusk with an icy sheath; it leaps out of the water in an arc to show off both of them. Mastodontist exchanges the sheath for an ice cube hammer on its trunk, which it uses to strike its tusks like bells and make music. It’s alright, not really my scene. I’m more of a ska guy.

Millistone & Millidozer

Millistone & Millidozer

Designation: the MILLSTONE & ROLLER cillimorphs

Group: SEGMENTED

Native Biomes: PLANET WOODZY & PLANET BOLDERO

Size: SMALL & MEDIUM

Interesting Facts: These dudes use their goofy funnel mouths to mix spit and grit and make means of transportation, mostly wheels and rollers. You’ll want to hang out with them when they’ve got rocks stuck in their mouths, because when they don’t they’re always trumpeting stupid little jingles that get stuck in your head.

Doughen & Pumpermew

Doughen & Pumpermew

Designation: the DOUGH & INBREAD CAT cillimorphs

Group: MAMMALISH

Native Biomes: PLANET URBANIAK

Size: SMALL

Interesting Facts: Doughen is very difficult to hold; they always slip out of your grip. They make great pets for children, and when the kids get bored Doughen can mature and bake itself at the same time, becoming the better adult pet of Pumpermew, with a crustier personality and always smelling of fresh sourdough. Smelling them makes you want soup. It’s probably why they’re always licking themselves.

Geovum & Clusterukh

Geovum&Clusterukh

Geovum & Clusterukh

Designation: the GEODE & RUKH cillimorphs

Group: BIRDISH

Native Biomes: PLANET SCORCHER & PLANET BOLDERO

Size: MEDIUM & LARGE

Interesting Facts: Geovum is only partly hatched out of its stony egg, and it’s in no hurry, because the interior of its shell is filled with glittering amethyst. Now, there’s no light inside the egg either, but it can still see the crystals, thanks to all the background silliness that takes care of any and all plot holes to do with cillimorphs. They’re just silly little guys, what do they need reason for?

Oh and Clusterukh is pretty big and pretty rigid. It makes flying in caverns difficult… for the cavern walls.

Whiskero & Lizbeard

Designation: the EMEI MUSTACHE TOAD & BEARDED DRAGON cillimorphs

Group: REPTOPHIBIAN

Native Biomes: PLANET WOODZY & PLANET SCORCHER

Size: SMALL & MEDIUM

Interesting Facts: These silly guys are covered in spines. Whiskero is well aware of this fact, but always tries to jump into your lap anyway, the little scamp. Lizbeard can take spines off its own beard and insert them into suction cups on its toes and tail to make them sharper. Also they leave them wherever they think somebody is about to sit down, the moderately large scamps.
